Sprouted Pixel Dungeon 0.4.1

Sprouted Pixel Dungeon is a free open-source turn-based roguelike RPG game that builds upon other open-source Pixel Dungeon modifications with permission from the developers. Sprouted PD is a major rework designed to offer expanded leveling and upgrade opportunities, balanced by tougher mobs and bosses. The goal of this rework is to extend dungeon crawler gameplay while maintaining a casual RPG experience.

Sprouted PD is forked with permission from the open-source code of Shattered Pixel Dungeon (0.2.4). Major reworks and additions were implemented to create a distinct playing experience, different from the original.

Please Note: Saves from previous versions may not load properly on 0.4.0, so you may need to start a new game if you update.

Sprouted Pixel Dungeon boasts several differences:

• Much larger levels creating a unique gameplay and strategy experience
• Mobs drop monster meat to enable longer and more in-depth exploration
• The Dew system has been revamped to introduce a currency for upgrade opportunities
• The Dew vial has been reworked as a pivotal resource for exploring the dungeon
• Wraiths and grave hunting are now integral parts of game progression
• Boss fights have been completely overhauled to be more intense and challenging, requiring new tactics
• Mobs adjust their strength as you delve deeper into the dungeon to maintain balance with upgrades
• New levels are accessible at each stage with four additional levels at the end of the game, featuring unique enemies, items, and rewards

New in This Update (Version 0.4.0):

• Otiluke's Journal available in the first shop will transport you to Sokoban levels using Journal Pages dropped by bosses. Players must solve the Sokoban levels to collect loot and enough gold to purchase books in the imp shop.
• New Post-Shadow Yog Play using Otiluke's Journal includes:

• A new mine stage overrun with demons
• New tier-6 weapons with special powers
• Two new boss fights with powerful wizards and their minions
